Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Smith Optics purchase, you can return your unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided at the end of the online return process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
